2026 - Important information from the business office on Member Accounts!!
Welcome to the 2026 Centennial Season at Le Sueur Country Club. We’re excited for a great year ahead as we celebrate 100 years!
As part of this season, we’ve implemented a new Point of Sale (POS) system and tee time reservation system.
While there will be a short adjustment period, these updates are designed to improve operations, reduce costs, and position the Club for the next 100 years.
House Accounts
House accounts are no longer accessible through the Chronogolf app, and the new system (SpotOn) does not currently offer a member-facing app.
To review your account:
Stop in and see Greg, Jen, or Ean
Monthly statements will be emailed
We recommend requesting receipts if you’d like to track your balance throughout the month
Auto Payments & Account Balances
March statements were processed April 1, 2026 (final Lightspeed payment)
Any remaining balances are now in the new system
Payments can be made at the Club or by check
Payment Method Updates
ACH (checking account) storage is no longer available
Credit/debit cards can be stored for auto-pay (processed on the 1st of each month)
Please contact Jen to update your payment information
Reminder: Members without a credit or debit card on file for house account payments must have payment received by the Club no later than the 10th of each month to avoid late charges of 1.5% per month.
Accounts not paid by the 15th of the month will be temporarily suspended until brought current.

Dear Members,
The Board of Directors is committed to continually improving the experience at Le Sueur Country Club, and your input plays an important role in that effort.
To help us respond more effectively and ensure requests are directed to the right people, we ask that members use email when requesting special services, sharing ideas, or suggesting improvements to our operations and member experience.
Please send your email directly to the manager responsible for the area related to your request or suggestion. Whether your message concerns golf operations, food and beverage service, events, grounds, or another aspect of the club, communicating directly with the appropriate manager helps ensure your comments are received, documented, and addressed in a timely manner.
Email communication allows us to:
Respond more efficiently to requests and questions.
Ensure suggestions are reviewed by the appropriate manager.
Maintain a record of member feedback so ideas can be considered and acted upon.
Improve communication and follow-up throughout the club.
We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts. Many of the improvements made at Le Sueur Country Club have been inspired by our members, and we appreciate your continued involvement in making our club the best it can be.
