These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Le Sueur Country Club website, golf reservations, purchases, memberships, and other club services.
By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms described below.
1. Golf Reservations
Tee times are subject to availability and the club's published reservation policies.
Members may reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance.
Nonmembers may reserve tee times up to seven days in advance.
Nonmember weekend play is available after 1:00 PM, subject to availability.
Golfers must provide accurate player and guest information.
Singles and twosomes may be paired with other golfers to maintain pace of play.
Members must accompany guests to qualify for applicable guest rates.
Reservations may be modified due to scheduled events, weather conditions, maintenance, or other operational circumstances.
2. Tee Time Cancellations
Customers should cancel unwanted reservations in advance by contacting the golf shop at 507-665-6293.
This includes regular tee times, league reservations, and scheduled Ladies' and Men's Day play.
Any cancellation deadlines, no-show charges, prepaid reservation restrictions, or other financial conditions will be disclosed during the applicable reservation or purchasing process.
3. Payments and Pricing
All published prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Golf fees, guest fees, cart fees, membership dues, merchandise, and other services are subject to applicable taxes and charges.
Payment totals, including any applicable fees, will be disclosed before completing a transaction.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for prepaid golf reservations, purchases, and services are governed by the policy presented at the time of purchase.
Customers requesting refunds should contact the golf shop or club management.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processing times.
Membership dues, deposits, event fees, and other specialized purchases may have additional refund or cancellation restrictions that are disclosed in the applicable agreement.
5. Membership Terms
Memberships are subject to the club's current membership agreements, bylaws, and published rules.
Membership privileges, dues, guest access, and available services vary by membership category.
Membership accounts may be billed annually, monthly, or according to an agreed payment schedule.
Where recurring billing is authorized, charges will be processed according to the membership agreement and payment authorization.
Questions regarding billing, membership privileges, renewals, or cancellation should be directed to club management.
6. Member House Accounts
Eligible members may maintain club accounts for authorized purchases and services.
Account charges and payment obligations are governed by the club's membership and house account policies.
Members are responsible for reviewing account statements and promptly reporting potential billing discrepancies.
7. Golf Cart and Facility Rules
All golfers and guests must comply with published club rules and employee instructions.
Golf cart operators must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Golf carts must remain in permitted areas and follow all posted course restrictions.
Pool access is limited to eligible members and accompanied guests under club rules.
Additional rules concerning pace of play, attire, guest privileges, alcohol, and facility usage are available through the club's published Guest Policies.
8. Tournaments, Events, and Leagues
Tournament registrations, league participation, outings, weddings, and private events may be governed by additional terms.
These may include:
Registration deadlines.
Participation eligibility.
Deposits and payment deadlines.
Cancellation requirements.
Refund restrictions.
Event-specific conditions.
Applicable terms will be disclosed during registration or through separate agreements.
9. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special offers, promotional golf rates, membership promotions, coupons, and other discounts may be subject to restrictions.
These restrictions may include eligibility, dates, availability, expiration, purchase conditions, and limitations on combining offers.
The terms presented with a specific promotion govern that promotion.
Promotional offers have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
10. Weather and Course Closures
Golf operations may be interrupted or modified due to severe weather, course maintenance, unsafe playing conditions, or scheduled activities.
Rain checks, refunds, or rescheduling, when available, will be handled under the applicable reservation or club policy.
Golfers should contact the golf shop regarding current conditions.
11. Website and Account Use
Users agree to provide accurate information when making reservations, completing transactions, or accessing membership services.
Unauthorized access, fraudulent purchases, misuse of member accounts, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms
Le Sueur Country Club may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Revisions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively modify completed transactions unless legally permitted.
